Delivery
The average order fulfillment time is 10-14 working days. The express service is an additional 10% of the order amount, the delivery time is 1 business day.
You can pick up your order in person at our Studio on Anielewicza Street 28/13 in Warsaw. Remember to book your visit in advance in the "Reservations" tab.
You have two shipping options. DPD courier or Inpost parcel locker.Select your preferred option when placing your order.
Exchanges & Returns
You can exchange or return products that have not been personalized and have no signs of use. You can visit our Studio or send your order to the following address:

After the refund has been verified, the money will be returned to your bank account within 5 business days.
